Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through warm and outbound calls, promoting our technology solutions, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our products. Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls and outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. * Develop a deep understanding of our technology products to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on lead generation and conversion techniques. * Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in the CRM system. * Follow up with leads in a timely manner to nurture relationships and drive conversions. Requirements * Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, with a focus on technology sales preferred. * Strong skills in outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
