$500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days employment. Assistant Property Manger to assistant in the leasing, accounting and operational performance of a brand new luxury multi-family property in Byron, Georgia area. A minimum of 1 yr. experience as a multi-family assistant community manager is required. Duties include leasing, financial, marketing and administrative responsibilities. Specific areas of responsibility include assisting with monitoring market conditions and budget control, accounting and collections of income, leasing and outreach marketing, and resident relations. Must have strong organizational, communication and computer skills and be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced and fun office environment. Entrata experience is a plus. Weekday schedule plus ability to work on Saturday is a must. Excellent benefits including 401K, Bonuses, vacation and holiday paid time off. $20 per hour plus commissions based on experience.
