Skills Needed: -Self-motivated with a personable and positive attitude -Confident and articulate when communicating with guests to build a positive rapport and a quality experience -Ability to work in a team atmosphere, demonstrating a courteous and respectful demeanor -Learn and retain knowledge of the products and services Boulevard Home provides including Mattresses, Living room, Bedroom, Dining, Home Office, Outdoor furniture and more. -Computer Proficiency: Operating & Inventory system, Spreadsheets, Email, Google Drive, Word Processing, Internet, among others -Detail oriented and able to maintain knowledge of our current promotions and sales -Prior sales experience a plus -Bilingual in Spanish a plus BlvdHome is a drug-free workplace, and all team members will be required to pass a pre-employment drug test. Schedule: This is a full-time position working Monday - Saturday with Sunday and another day off during the week working from 10am-7pm and be able to come in at 9am on certain days for training. You will also need to be able to work other hours for special events as needed and work most Holidays.
