Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team here at Micorp Custom Auto & truck, Massachusetts leading aftermarket automotive accessories supplier. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base through direct engagement with potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. * Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients. * Present product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support. * Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities. * Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to enhance product offerings. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. * Build and grow sales pipeline for prospects and existing customers. Manage pipeline daily/weekly/monthly to facilitate a full pipeline of new opportunities to meet sales revenue goals. * Visit customers on your required schedule to maintain relationships and secure new opportunities to further penetrate account. * Proactively communicate thru all channels customer needs and requirements with sales manager, sales team members, customers, prospects, internal partners (shops), vendors, third parties and partners. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales with a track record of achieving targets. * Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. * Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for sales management. * Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits. * Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service excellence.
