We are seeking a driven Sales Advisor to join our start-up contracting operation. Compensation: * Competitive and lucrative commission structure with unlimited potential * Training pay * Period incentives, monthly sales contests, and performance bonuses * PTO What You Will Do: * Inspect property (which often requires physical inspection of customer's roof and attic), estimate, and present to company-generated leads * Prospect and self-generate leads via networking & development, canvassing, and direct mail, among others * Through ongoing training become an expert in selling, presenting, and exterior construction products and their application * Communicate and follow-up with customers to solve problems with their homes * Guide homeowners through the insurance process to restore their home to its pre-loss condition * Develop and manage pipeline within CRM Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred * Experience in construction or roofing is not necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * The ability to physically perform roof and exterior property inspections Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Paid training Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Day shift Ability to Commute: * Louisville, KY 40223 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Louisville, KY 40223: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Louisville, KY 40223
