Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and support. * Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. * Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively. * Perform retail math calculations to assist with inventory management and stock levels. * Communicate promotions and product information clearly to customers. * Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and customer service standards. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer interactions professionally. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. * Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. * Ability to supervise and motivate team members effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. * A passion for retail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
