Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a BACKGROUND IN THE AUTO REPAIR OR SALES SPACE , and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through various sales strategies. This role is FACE TO FACE. You will be required to go business to business to create new opportunities of our automotive repair businesses Responsibilities * Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, effectively pitching our products and services. * Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Engage in outside sales activities, meeting clients face-to-face to build relationships and understand their needs. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales or retail sales; technology sales experience is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for improving sales strategies. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving targets. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Proficiency in using software tools for CRM and sales tracking is preferred. * A valid driver's license may be required for travel to client locations as needed.
