Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. Duties * Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential business development opportunities. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries. * Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met consistently. * Technical sales experience is a plus, particularly in understanding complex products or services. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is preferred.
