Overview Welcome to The West Agency! Check us out on [please apply online] We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/ Benefits rep to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support and teaching them about their benefits. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Sales bonuses will be included in this role so sales skills are a plus but not a requirement. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate professionally with customers. * Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. * Support sales efforts by promoting products and services during customer interactions. * Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a professional environment. Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. * Great Social Skills! * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English. * Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions. * A proactive approach to customer support, demonstrating empathy and understanding. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. * You must reside in one of our states to be considered.
