Summary As a Leasing Consultant at Gaines Investment Trust, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to prospective residents while managing leasing processes. This position is essential for helping us maintain our commitment to creating a welcoming community for over 13,000 residents. Responsibilities * Assist prospective residents with inquiries and provide information about available apartments. * Conduct property tours and showcase the features of the community. * Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring a smooth experience for residents. * Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions. * Collaborate with the property management team to address resident needs and concerns promptly. * Implement upselling techniques to promote additional services or upgrades to residents. * Stay informed about local rental market trends and competitor offerings. Requirements * Previous experience in leasing is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others find their ideal home. * Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is a plus. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A valid driver's license.
