* Engage with customers through various channels, including cold calling and in-person interactions, to generate leads and drive sales. * Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles that meet their requirements. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and financing options to assist customers in making informed decisions. * Manage inventory effectively by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate representation of stock. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and market reach. * Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
