Full description of the position

Minimum qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree. * Experience working with digital organizations. * Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership. Preferred qualifications: * Experience working with retailers or manufacturers using Google Shopping Ad products, Google Ads, and Merchant Center. * Experience selling and pitching digital marketing and measurement solutions to executive audiences. * Experience managing a book of business. * Knowledge of Performance Digital Marketing across planning, buying, and optimization. * Ability to deliver insights from data that creates business value and drives client action. * Ability to provide thought leadership and lead discussions at an executive level. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the worlds biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a birds eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities * Develop shopping strategies for retailers that align to customer business goals and improve Google Shopping performance for clients. * Articulate features and value proposition of shopping solutions to drive adoption. * Grow your book of business by deeply understanding the customers business and aligning the most relevant opportunities to their business needs. * Communicate client and market updates to Sales and Go-To-Market Leadership. * Partner with internal stakeholders across Shopping.
