The role of Front Desk/Sales Specialist is a very important role in our organization as you are responsible for supporting and maintaining the company's relationships with its current and future customers. The Front Desk/Sales Specialist will work weekday evenings from 4:30pm - 8:30pm (Monday - Thursday) and some Fridays and weekend days; however, there may be times outside of those regular time frames where you could be needed. The position is part-time and approximately 10-20 hours per week. We are seeking somebody with a strong passion for family, who appreciates the important role youth sports play in the growth of a young person, recognizes the importance of this journey to the parents of our young athletes, as well as somebody with strong customer service and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will possess great verbal and written communication skills, be friendly, and will be able to maintain and enhance excellent relationships with our customers and their families. The Front Desk/Sales Specialist are expected to be a team player to contribute to the overall operations of the business. Responsibilities Our Customer Service Associate will take on general tasks related to the day- to day operations of the business, including activities related to: * Maintaining excellent relationships with customers * Welcome Families and students as they arrive * Check in members and free class students * Responsible for contact with families to ensure their happiness * Parent Communication/Education o Communicates to parents any change in the program o Communicates to parents any promotions with the organization o Responsible for education parents of policies and procedures * Selling memberships * Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding billing and membership accounts * Video filming, capturing content for social media and marketing * Photography * Community events, scheduling, attending, and promoting NBA * Sponsorship sales and maintenance of partnerships Requirements * Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude * Sales * Hard working * Knowledge of basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word * Previous employment experience * Organized, diligent, and responsible * Strong customer service ability * Familiarity with youth sports * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Leadership: lead by example o Understand, memorize, and espouse the mission of our organization o Hygiene and appearance are excellent o Dress code o Physical appearance * Communication o Solicit regular feedback from staff to continue to build strong bonds with your teammates o Solicit regular feedback from members and their parents to help the company continue to improve its member experience * General o Effectively, professionally, and creatively project and present our organization's image and product offering to local community and beyond o Exceptional communication skills o A flexible and positive attitude Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Omaha, NE 68164 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Omaha, NE 68164: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
