Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager I to join our team in Midwest/Southwest Region. This position will focus on managing and expanding our strategic partnership with Kennametal in the Southwest market. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities. Performance may lead to additional account responsibilities across the region. Key Responsibilities: * Business Development (50%) : Lead growth initiatives for SPS within the Southwestern market, focusing on both existing and new business. * Customer Engagement (30%) : Conduct 3-5 customer meetings per week, building relationships with key decision-makers and recording all relevant contact activity. * Market Intelligence (10%) : Gather and report market and competitor insights to support strategic planning and business development efforts. * Reporting (10%) : Prepare and submit Monthly Overview Reports summarizing key activities, customer progress, and strategic account developments.
