Corporate Concepts Consulting is located on the NY/CT state borders and is currently seeking to hire an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our staff. We've found that anyone with a genuine interest in working with people and motivated to grow within their role will do well at Corporate Concepts! Our Sales Representatives are responsible for meeting and engaging with existing and potential customers. The ideal candidate is outgoing, ambitious, and empathetic. Depending on the needs of our clients, our Sales Representatives work within a retail setting and/or meet with customers face- to-face residentially with provided and vetted sales leads. This is a full- time position and direct employment with Corporate Concepts Consulting. The primary responsibilities for an Entry Level SalesRepresentative are: * Utilize an effective and efficient sales system with our CRM, Salesforce * Gain learning and development with our extensive training program * Meet with customers in-person to discuss their telecom and entertainment needs * Specialize in customer retention and customer acquisition through face-to-face meetings Requirements: * Bachelor degree is preferred, but not required * Interpersonal and communications skills are a must * 1-3 years of experience in a customer service-based type role such as: restaurant, retail, sales, and business development * Easy to adapt in any kind of situation * People-oriented * Team-oriented * Solution-oriented Perks at Corporate Concepts: * Support from the management team * Cohesive team environment * Competitive pay plan: minimum wage + bonuses and incentives and/or commissions ranging from $50-60k per year (plus bonuses and incentives) * Training and development * Recognition * Travel This is a great opportunity for someone needing more work experience, changing fields, or someone who loves working with people.
