VIP Sales Lead surveys guests on their thoughts and opinions about product and presentations, as well as educate and sell the Vacation Introductory Program (VIP) to guests. This role leads the VIP sales team, creating schedules and more. What will I be doing? As a VIP Sales Lead you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. * Present Vacation Introductory Program to every guest assigned to you. * Stamp all planners when you turn the tables. To fulfill this role effectively, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: * Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience. * Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * High School Diploma or GED. It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: * 6 months branded timeshare sales experience.
