Full description of the position

Bay Area Compliance Laboratories, Corp. (BACL) tests the latest products for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Radio Communications, Telecommunications, Product Safety, and Energy Efficiency before products marketed around the world. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual as an Account Executive - you will identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Acquire new business accounts, close sales, and achieve sales targets * Communicate with clients regarding sales/service issues while making timely introductory and follow up calls/emails upon receipt of the inquiry. * Sell BACL's services through effective client research, anticipating/understanding the customer need, and providing a competitive proposal with appropriate standards and pricing. * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes and renewals. * Creating, following up, and negotiating project proposals through detailed meetings with decision makers and the Engineering team * Resolve customer needs, issues, and complaints. * Must be able to learn and understand BACL's service offerings and effectively articulate services to customers. * Understand and follow BACL's Quality System, procedures, and work instructions * Perform other duties as required.
