Apply Now! * Compensation: $54,000 - $62,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property * Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing * Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction * Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process * Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants Qualifications: * Must have a valid Real Estate License * Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person * Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends * Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling About Company We are a veteran-owned, Colorado-native residential property management company dedicated to providing exceptional care for our tenants and clients.
