We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced team. You will be responsible for owning the project lifecycle from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail- oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities * Quote sign & flagpole projects. Includes pricing materials, time to fabricate the project, installation of job and permitting fees. Includes making sure orders get turned into the correct department and are completed in a timely manner. * Pull permits with cities & counties for sign installation. * Help customers in person and over the phone with any questions regarding signage & flagpoles. Selling various flags & flagpole accessories we keep in stock, taking orders for smaller projects (business cards, promotional products, small signs that don't require installation, etc.). * Accounts Receivable- Receive, tender & process payments daily. This includes cash sales, checks & credit card payments.
