Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of our store through effective sales techniques. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. * Communicate product knowledge effectively to customers, enhancing their shopping experience. * Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, * Recommending the best products to customers * Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing while ensuring products are displayed attractively. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements * Must be able to obtain an ABLE Commission License. * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. * Basic math skills to handle retail transactions. * Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach. * A proactive attitude towards stocking shelves and maintaining product displays is essential. * Ability to lift 25lbs * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
