In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and promoting our diverse inventory of vehicles. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. * Demonstrate vehicles and explain features to potential buyers, highlighting benefits. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve dealership performance. * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to foster long-term relationships. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Familiarity with inventory control processes is a plus.
