As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Executive. * Job Overview: As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of 3rd Degree Screening. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the company. * Responsibilities: * Prospect, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and networking. * Research and understand target companies and contacts and their needs to effectively communicate the value of 3rd Degree Screening's services. * Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and matching them with our solutions. * Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met. * Be the first point of contact for new and existing client inquiries. * Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (Zoho and ZoomInfo). * Manage SDR team. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, lead status, and relevant information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, identify trends, and suggest improvements. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas and goals. * Continuously improve and iterate outbound sales processes to optimize conversion rates and efficiency. * Ability to perform a demonstration of the product and speak thoroughly about capabilities. * Reach out to leads through various channels to initiate conversations, build relationships, and educate them about our product. * Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. * Coordinate conferences and exhibitions to drive new business growth. This includes research, strategy, and planning of company activities. * Develop a deep understanding of our platform, products and services, industry, and operating environment. * Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal. * Schedule and deliver platform demos in person/online as required. * Contract administration including contract preparation, negotiation, and execution. * Onboard new customers including platform setup and training. * Account management of clients. * Utilize and maintain our CRM to manage leads, prospects, and customers. * Develop and implement strategies that will increase customer satisfaction and grow revenue through excellent customer experience. * Contact customers regularly to identify their needs and ensure satisfaction with the received product/service. * Handle Negotiations. * Proactively promote the company and generate interest from conferences, meetings, industry events, and engagement activities. * Utilize your network to grow the business through new clients, referrals, or cross-selling opportunities. * Coordinate and draft our tender responses. * Support new product development opportunities based on customer and industry feedback. * Qualifications* : * Three plus years of relevant experience in business development or sales in the background check industry. * An understanding of recruitment processes and/or a strong interest in background screening. * Self-motivated with a demonstrated understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and negotiation. * Great interpersonal skills with strong presentation ability. * Strong ability to influence and close deals. * Outstanding commercial acumen and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. * Good time manager who can field a high volume of calls and/or online inquiries. * A team player that can operate autonomously, manage your own calendar, and prioritize tasks as required. * Computer skills, especially in MS Office, CRM, and Sales Tools. * Problem solver who shows initiative, enthusiasm, and care factor. * Benefits* : * Remote * Salary + Commission * Health, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) retirement plan.3rd Degree Screening
