Sales Specialist (Contract Position) d SA Naturals - Remote / Local Event Support Part-Time | Contract | $300 -$600/month based on experience About d SA Naturals: dSA Naturals is a family-owned, women-owned, and minority-owned body care brand offering clean, waterless products made with fewer than 12 ingredients. We believe self-care should be simple, conscious, and full of joy. Every purchase helps fund entrepreneurial education for youth through our nonprofit, Future Cycle Breakers. Position Overview: We're looking for a confident, motivated Sales Specialist to help grow dSA Naturals through product sales, partnerships, and event support. If you're driven, organized, and not afraid to hear the word "no," this could be a great fit for you. This is a contract role, ideal for a self-starter excited to contribute to a mission-driven brand. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct outreach to wellness boutiques, community organizations, retailers, and influencers to drive sales and secure collaborations. * Promote and sell products at local pop-up events, trade shows, and markets. * Build and maintain strong relationships through email, phone, social media, and in-person networking. * Organize, track, and follow up on all sales leads and partnership opportunities. * Meet or exceed monthly outreach and sales targets. * Submit a brief weekly report summarizing outreach activity and results. What We're Looking For: * A self-starter with a strong work ethic and persistence. * Comfortable making calls, sending follow-up emails, and pitching new ideas. * Resilient in the face of "no" and motivated to keep pushing forward. * Organized with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Passionate about clean beauty, wellness, and community impact. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, outreach, business development, or brand ambassadorship. * Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries is a plus. * Ability to support occasional evening and weekend events. Accountability & Work Expectations: * Contractor must log all outreach and activities into a shared tracking sheet (provided) to ensure clear communication and transparency. * Minimum weekly deliverables are required (example: new contacts made, follow-ups completed, events supported). * Weekly check-ins are required via email to submit a brief progress report. * This role includes a 60-day trial period to evaluate performance and consistency. * Consistent activity and communication are required to maintain the contract. Compensation: * Contract pay: $300 -$600 per month, based on experience and performance. * Bonus opportunities for hitting and exceeding sales targets.
