Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Salary + Commission Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions and inventory management. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are readily available for customers. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience. * Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance and support in their roles. * Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships. * Assist in merchandising efforts to create appealing displays that attract customers. * Answer inbound calls. * Conduct Market Research to identify potential customers and target markets * Generate leads through various channels such as networking and referrals. * Meet and exceed sales targets by effectivley presenting and demenstrating our products to potential customers. * Stay upto date on industry trends, compeetitors and new product offerings. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong understanding of POS systems and retail operations. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. * Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and effectively. * Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance customer interactions. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock efficiently. * A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to engage customers and close sales effectively. * Supervisory experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
