We are looking for a Route Sales Representative in the El Paso, TX area. Cold Front Distribution is a growing Frozen Foods Distribution company based in Denver, CO that offers its employees competitive benefits and substantial pay while providing an annual work boot allowance, uniforms provided along with a company cell phone. Job Requirements * Monday through Friday - weekends off! * 2 nights out of town - Monday and Thursday * Non-CDL * Ensure accurate product deliveries to all retail accounts * Must meet all DOT drug and alcohol and medical certification requirements * Knowledge of DSD, retail food business practices, and operation of handheld device experience a PLUS but not required * Environment varies while driving a company vehicle, delivering, moving and/or lifting product up 50lbs * Qualified candidates must pass a post offer / pre - employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening and have a satisfactory MVR. Benefits * Salary $48,000 * Paid Time Off accrued on first paycheck! * Medical, Dental and Vision - available after 30 days of employment then 1st of the following month. * Life and Short Term/Long Term disability - 100% paid by company * 401k Retirement package after 60 days - the company currently is matching 50% of what you want to contribute, up to 6%.
