Duties - Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about available vehicles. - Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements. - Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. - Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. - Handle cold calling efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers. - Maintain an organized database of leads and customer interactions. - Utilize strong phone etiquette when communicating with clients over the phone. - Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. - Ensure that all dealership policies and procedures are followed during the sales process. - Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings.
