Full description of the position

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and generating high-quality leads. As a BDR, you will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to help expand our customer base and increase revenue. Responsibilities: * Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media. * Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team by identifying key decision-makers and understanding customer needs. * Build strong relationships with prospective clients and provide them with information on our products/services to generate interest. * Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate customer data. * Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, highlighting how our solutions can meet their needs. * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and messaging. * Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and manage relationships throughout the sales cycle. * Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets and KPIs. * Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscape to better understand customer pain points. Qualifications: * Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and processes. * Coachable and open to receiving feedback to continuously improve performance. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience in SaaS, technology, or other B2B sectors. * Strong understanding of sales techniques such as consultative selling.
