We are seeking an experienced, results- driven Director of Roofing Sales to lead our high-performing, door knocking sales team and drive revenue growth across our commercial and residential divisions. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Leadership & Strategy * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed revenue and gross margin targets * Set and manage contract goals and sales objectives * Provide accurate job submittals, financial worksheets, and commission requests * Training & Development * Build and implement a scalable training system for new and current sales reps * Lead ongoing coaching sessions to improve team performance * Ensure team proficiency in building jobs and understanding technical aspects of roofing * CRM & Lead Management * Maintain effective use of CRM for pipeline, leads, and customer interaction * Monitor and manage the sales funnel from lead to close * Customer Service & Operations * Ensure timely and accurate material ordering for job success * Uphold exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales cycle * Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure smooth job transitions * Revenue & Financial Performance * Track and report revenue and gross margin metrics * Optimize sales processes for improved profitability * Commercial & Retail Experience * Demonstrate strong experience in cash commercial and retail roofing sales * Ability to tailor sales approaches for varying client types and project scopes Qualifications: * 5+ years of roofing sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role * Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance * Deep understanding of roofing systems, construction processes, and job costing * Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, JobNimbus, Acculynx) * Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Experience with both commercial and residential retail sales is a must Benefits: * Competitive salary + uncapped commission structure * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Experience * Proven experience in roofing sales roles is essential. * Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. * Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights. * Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
