Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced THCA/Hemp Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and cultivate relationships with retailers, smoke shops, distributors, and other key stakeholders to promote and expand the reach of our THCA and hemp-derived product line. This role offers a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 plus uncapped commission based on performance. Key Responsibilities * Represent Natura 's premium THCA and hemp product lines to retailers, distributors, and other key accounts. * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets. * Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with retail partners and distributors. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our brand presence. * Educate clients on compliance regulations and product benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to stay ahead of the market. * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring repeat business. * Represent Natura at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to increase brand awareness. Qualifications & Skills * Experience in THCA, hemp, or cannabis sales with active industry relationships (preferred). * Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and driving revenue. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of compliance regulations surrounding hemp and alternative cannabinoids. * Passion for the THCA and hemp industry with a desire to make an impact. Working Environment * This role involves regular travel to visit clients, attend trade shows, and conduct in-person sales meetings. * Exposure to raw hemp flower, THCA products, and other cannabinoid-based goods is expected. Personal friendships or knowing shop owners does not qualify--we are looking for real, established business relationships where you have actively sold to these accounts. Be prepared to share how many active accounts you manage and the revenue they generate. * Have you worked as an outside sales rep selling hemp or THCA smokables directly to retailers (smoke shops, gas stations, etc.)?
