What We 're Looking For: * Experience: 1+ year of client-facing sales experience. * Licensing: General Lines P&C and Life & Health licenses preferred (but we'll help if you need them!). * Mindset: Dependable, honest, coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented. * Skills: Top-notch communication--written, verbal, and phone etiquette are a must. * Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
