You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. Responsibilities: * Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers * Prospect and contact potential customers * Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline * Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments * Create sales proposals to present to customers * Document sales funnel activity in company CRM Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales or sales engineer capacity * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred as well as IT security basics * Strong negotiation skills * General understanding of telephony (voice services)
