Summary As a Sales Executive at Jaindl Companies, you will play a vital role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our market presence for both Jaindl Farms and A-TREAT Soda. This position is essential to our mission of delivering high-quality products while fostering strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. * Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach new customers and promote products. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture or food production. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Demonstrated ability in business development and inside sales techniques. * Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships. * Experience in technology sales is a plus but not required.
