Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Socha Company is a manufacturer's representative in the hydronics, water heating and cooling industry. We are expanding into the El Paso, TX and southern New Mexico market. We are looking for a person to call on engineers, wholesalers and contractors in those markets. Experience in the commercial and residential heating systems side would be a plus. Our candidate would be someone that is outgoing, focused, can work on their own with a strong ability to learn, is organized and a self-starter. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Identify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking. * Present products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional strategies that drive sales. * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand professional networks. Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales role or related field is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * A willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
