Full description of the position

Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing projects within the commercial HVAC sector. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. * Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. * Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. * Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Requirements: * Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry. * Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and solutions. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid driver's license with an insurable record. * Ability to climb ladders and work in rooftop environments with exposure to seasonal temperatures.
