No prospecting! 2-3 preset leads daily Up to 17% commission rate We pay 70% of commissions before install If you are "turn key" SOLAR/Battery Closer we will work within reason your schedule! Monthly bonuses Approximately $900 training pay Gas mileage reimbursement Full-time W-2 Employee Eligible for benefits after 90 days Weekly payroll Paid training Mileage reimbursement PAY SCALE: COMMISSION ONLY (WE PAY THE FASTEST AND HIGHEST COMMISSIONS IN THE INDUSTRY!) 100k-200k POTENTIAL 1st year QUALIFICATIONS * Must have proven solar sales or in-home sales experience * Must possess a valid California Driver 's License with proof of Insurance * Proven record of new business acquisition * Desire to achieve * A competitive and optimistic attitude POSITION DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES Educating customers on the benefits of smart home technology and Solar energy panels.
