Position : Door-to-Door Sales Representative Location : Oklahoma City, OK Company : Tru-Fuse Solar Job Description : We are seeking motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to homeowners and businesses in assigned areas. The ideal candidate is self-driven, outgoing, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities : * Approach potential customers through door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods or areas. * Present and promote products/services effectively to drive sales. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing. * Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. * Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information. * Report daily sales progress to management. Requirements : * Previous sales experience preferred but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to different locations. * Must have a reliable form of transportation. * High school diploma or equivalent. Compensation : * Competitive commission-based pay. * Training and support provided. * Flexible work hours.
