Full description of the position

Director of Business Development (Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility) Responsibilities * In this role you will develop, lead and execute the facility's strategic objectives in collaboration with the Corporate leadership * You will be responsible for marketing, customer relations, brand/image, and all business development related activities * The Director of Business Development manages the sales team who is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization's continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods * You and your team will build relationships with referral sources including primary care physicians, mental health therapists, healthcare systems, etc., ultimately positioning facility of choice in our community * As a member of the facility senior leadership team, the Director of Business Development is actively involved in strategic planning, sales and marketing management, identification of potential growth opportunities, future projects, changing in programing/protocols, recruitment and retention Required bachelor 's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field plus a minimum of three years of experience in business development *Prefer Long Term/SNF experience Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Business development: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
