Seeking a qualified Leasing Consultant. Ideal candidate will be upbeat, organized and possess excellent communication and closing skills both on the phone and in person. Experienced candidates need only apply. Qualifications: * High School education or equivalent * Possess super customer service, telephone and communication skills * Resman experience a plus Essential Functions: * Provides a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance * Handles all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community and closing the sale prior to move-in * Assist property management team in marketing; Monitor the accuracy of advertisements, accurately and consistently documents traffic marketing sources and assist in leasing events and promotions * Ability to take direction and work as a team player * Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning single family leasing and management * Performs daily inspection of common areas and community amenities * Must have reliable transportation in order to conduct showings and attend meetings * Must be available to work weekends Benefits: * Company paid Employee Medical and Life Insurance at no cost * Dental, Vision, Disability, Supplemental Life, and Critical Illness insurance available * Insurance coverage begins within first 30 days of employment * Paid Holidays, Vacation, and Sick time * 401k with 4% company match EOE Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
