Santa Barbara Collective is currently looking to add a member to our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exemplary customer service. Applicants should be professional, reliable, and well- spoken. Essential to this position is a personal interest in building knowledge of cannabis, as well as learning about the diverse array of compounds and consumption methods, available brands and products, and what differentiates them. Cannabis knowledge and/or previous industry experience is highly encouraged. Considering candidates must be highly motivated and enjoy working closely with others; we are looking for a team player with a positive attitude! Job duties include: - In-person customer service at our retail store - Stocking - Routine cleaning/organizing - Continuously gaining knowledge of products - Upkeeping online menu - Cash handling - Packing and delivering product orders - Confirming delivery times with customers - Ensuring inventory is on-point by perfprming daily cycle counts Minimum Job requirements: - MUST be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, no accidents, or DUIs. - Must include resume and phone number to be considered. - Must have a reliable vehicle. - Must have experience in the cannabis industry.
