Position Overview: As an Outside Exterior Services Sales Representative at G2 Nebraska, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional service. You will have the chance to work independently, manage your schedule, and ultimately control your income through our fully commission-based pay structure with attractive incentive bonuses. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Conduct on-site consultations to understand customer needs and provide tailored exterior service solutions. * Present and explain our services effectively to clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve individual and team goals. * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. * Report on sales activities and pipeline regularly to management. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and satisfactory service delivery. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience, preferably in exterior services or related industries (construction, landscaping, etc.). * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
