Sales Goals: Actively pursue new business opportunities, setting and achieving sales targets consistently to contribute to the overall success of the agency. Policy Presentation: Clearly explain the details of insurance policies to clients, ensuring they understand coverage options, benefits, and related costs. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional insurance products, boosting client protection and satisfaction. Customer Service: Provide exceptional client support, handling inquiries and resolving any issues promptly, thereby promoting a positive client experience. Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and industry trends to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients. Requirements Licensing: Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer service role is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication prowess. Customer-Focused: A dedication to meeting and exceeding customer needs with a friendly approach. Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills to assist clients in selecting the best policies for them. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively and efficiently.
