Qualifications * License: * Drivers License (Required) * Auto Sales License (Can be obtained after employment) Duties include: * Sales representatives spend time with customers to establish their needs and wants * Sales representatives must be very knowledgeable in the products they represent. Manufacturer training is provided. * Sales representatives must present and explain quotes for leasing and financing vehicles * Follow up with all prospects and previous customers are a major part of your responsibilities and the key to success. * The ability to communicate professionally with on line prospects is extremely important * Sales representatives must have the desire and drive to be successful. Automotive Sales can be a very rewarding, exciting, and high-earning career with the proper dedication and desire. Requirements: * Candidates must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience * A strong desire to succeed * Enthusiasm, energy, outgoing, professionalism, and communication skills are all necessary * A clean drivers license record * Solid computer, internet, email, and phone skills are required * Professional appearance and presentation skills * The ability to ask for, close, and follow up on a sale * Some evenings and all Saturday availability *Must be able to work Saturday Job Type: Full-time Commission Experience: * Relevant: 1 year (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Referral program Schedule: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Work Location: In person
