Car Sales Representative Job Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities. * Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions. * Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Car Sales Representative Qualifications * Previous auto sales experience is preferred, but not required. We provide comprehensive training! * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * A genuine passion for cars and helping customers. * Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
