Senior Account Executive - Fast-Track to Success Location: Lear Capital is hiring for all three of our Southern California offices: * Los Angeles, CA 90025 * Woodland Hills, CA 91367 * Mission Viejo, CA 92691 Please note: All new hires will complete approximately 4 months of in-person training at our Los Angeles location , regardless of their final office placement. Local candidates only - this is not a remote position. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with high-quality leads generated through national TV, radio, and online advertising campaigns, using active listening to build trust. * Handle daily calls with aged and new leads, proactively connecting with potential clients through our proprietary AI system. * Qualify and convert leads to satisfied customers by effectively presenting product value and addressing client needs. * Manage time efficiently, stay organized and results focused. * Sell a range of physical precious metals, tailoring solutions to meet individual customer needs. What We Are Looking For: * At least 2 years of proven success in a high-performance, commission-driven sales environment. * A track record of qualifying leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. * Expertise in customer engagement, with strong active listening and communication skills. * A results-oriented mindset, paired with exceptional objection-handling abilities. * Self-driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, merit-based setting with a goal-oriented approach. * Key traits: Active listening, persuasive communication, resilience, persistence, and most importantly, coachability.
