As management we take it upon ourselves to educate our reps and consistently help refine their skills. About This Role Are you interested in sales and have a passion for Sales ? Vivint is looking for an alarm And solar Sales Representative to join our team! As our Solar and smart home Sales Representative you'll get to show off your charm and win over customers with your expertise smarthome products. You'll have the chance to work independently and build relationships with potential customers in a fun and exciting environment. Responsibilities * Knock door to door and engage with potential customers * Show up to preset appointments to complete the in-home sales process * Educate potential customers about Vivint's various solar options * Build a network of customers by generating leads and following up on sales * Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets * Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques Qualifications * Enthusiastic, driven, and personable * Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life * A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (preferred but not required) * The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer * Competitive commission plan and bonuses based on sales performance * Swag, incentives, and company trips * On the job training and development opportunities (training is PAID in a commission form, assuming you're closing deals during that period) * Team activities, competitions, and outings * Opportunity for growth and leadership * Flexible schedule - Monday to Friday.
