Customer Service Representatives earn $50,000 - $60,000 annually based on performance and ability to close the sale! TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is NOW HIRING enthusiastic, customer focused individuals! SCHEDULE * Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm and every other Saturday from 8am-noon. * This is a Full-Time Position RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries. * Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications. * Input information into internal proprietary move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves. * Calmly handle customer concerns always displaying professionalism. * Prepare move-related documents as necessary. WHO WE 'RE LOOKING FOR * A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required; inbound sales, call center, retail sales, and/or other sales driven experience preferred! * Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful). * Effective listening and communication skills. * Must be motivated by exceeding goals. * Exceptional organizational and time management skills. * Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. * Accurate; consistent attention to detail. * Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale. * Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. * Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities. * Basic computer and keyboarding skills. * Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
