Duties, Responsibilities & Other: * Replenish backlog and grow the business in collaboration with market leaders and discipline heads. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and personnel at all levels internally and externally. * Develop an actionable, measurable annual account plan coinciding with market needs. * Act as a liaison between clients and KCI stakeholders. * Present new leads and opportunities to market leaders and collaborate on strategy. * Work with others to research and stay ahead of Industry trends. * Participate in industry conferences and identify internal teams to participate with business development staff. * Participate in new business planning with identified markets or disciplines Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree wtih an understanding of Engineering or the technical field or equivalent experience required. * Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 9 years of experience. * Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
