Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen ability to negotiate, and a passion for sales. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building long-lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Provide guidance on benefits administration and assist clients in understanding their coverage options. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in regulations, including HIPAA compliance. * Participate in outside sales activities to promote insurance products within the community. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through sales administration tools.
