Harley-Davidson Sales Associate - We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are wild about Harley-Davidson and customer service! The position is fast paced, fun, and there is no cap on commissions. Top sales reps can earn well over $100,000 per year. Successful applicants will be driven to meet their sales goals through a well- defined sales process, work well with a team, and understand how to deliver a premium experience to customers 100% of the time. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and meet the physical requirements of the job. A motorcycle endorsement is preferred. Prior sales experience preferred. Duties include: * Prospecting potential sales customers both in-person and via telephone. * Educating customers about motorcycles, including fielding a wide range of product questions with excellence. * Helping customers find the right fit for their lifestyle. * Delivering a premium customer experience. * Negotiating motorcycle pricing. * Guiding customers through a complete customer path. * Logging customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM. Qualifications: * Knowledge of Harley-Davidson is preferred * High School Diploma or equivalent degree or greater required. * Experience: 1-3 years of experience selling a premium product is preferred. We are willing to train the correct applicant. * Ability to take initiative and problem solve. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner. * Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs. * Attention to detail. * Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
