Pro Tech Mechanical is seeking a driven and technically inclined Inside Sales/Estimator** to join our team serving the Greater Oklahoma City area. This role is ideal for someone with field experience in commercial HVAC systems who enjoys estimating, quoting, and consulting on maintenance and light commercial projects. What We Offer: * Competitive compensation: $80K base + commission and bonus potential * 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, basic life and AD&D insurance (starting the 1st of the month following hire date) * Voluntary life / AD&D insurance for employees, spouses, and dependent children * Voluntary benefits, such as Critical Care, Accident, Cancer Indemnity, Hospital Confinement Indemnity, and Critical Illness Rider * 401(k) with company match after 90 days * Paid time off, including holidays and vacation * $600 vehicle allowance and fuel card * Company phone * Structured onboarding and process training Roles & Responsibilities * Provide quick quotes and repair estimates for service technicians * Estimate small to mid-size light commercial projects (e.g., mini splits, rooftop units, split systems under 50 tons) * Review lead sheets from technicians, determine scope, and prepare pricing * Conduct site surveys and maintenance assessments to build accurate scopes and estimates * Support the project manager with purchase orders and tracking for approved jobs * Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure customer expectations and scopes are aligned * Develop and manage personal schedule; most work will be performed in the office or on-site at the client's business * Follow internal processes and work closely with leadership to maintain consistency Required Competencies: * 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC (field experience required) * Strong technical aptitude; familiarity with BAS or EMS controls is a plus * Ability to evaluate HVAC equipment and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working independently and following structured processes * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple quotes and timelines * Valid driver's license and clean background (drug test and background check required) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Monday through Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Bonus potential Benefits 401k, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Powered by ExactHire:g2j6075le5892lxm13wd
